Become a Paddle Canada Flatwater Instructor and teach your own Paddle Canada Courses or instruct with a local paddleboard school. The ADVANCED FLATWATER INSTRUCTOR COURSE is an entry level course to paddleboard instruction. Taught by Emre this course covers paddleboard instruction beginning right from the BASICS.
The course includes a special focus on the challenges of instructing and guiding on the west coast. Lead by Paddle Canada Instructor Trainer Emre Bosut, this course includes components developed through Emre’s experience as an instructor and guide trainer as well as his time spent leading groups in a variety of paddle crafts on the west coast. Learn effective instructional techniques, group management, and safety planning.
Successful participants in the course will receive a Paddle Canada Advanced Flatwater Instructor certification (or Basic Flatwater Instructor certification) along with instructional aids to help run their own courses.
