Cancellation and Refund Policy

Day Tours, Lessons and Online Rentals:

Swell has a 48 hour cancellation policy for rentals and lessons. A full refund (less $10 admin fee) will be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances if guests provide notice more than 48 hours notice.

No refunds for cancellations with less then 48 hours notice.

If we need to cancel a lesson due to unsafe weather conditions we will first try to re-schedule. If this isn’t an option we will issue a full refund.

First Aid and Paddle Canada Courses:

Swell has a 14 day cancellation policy for courses.

$20 admin fee for cancellations with more than 14 days notice before course start date: If you cancel your enrolment 14 days or more prior to the day of the course, you will receive a refund minus a $20 administration fee.

NO REFUNDS for cancellations with less than 14 days notice before course start date: Cancellations made with less than 14 days before the start dat of the course are not eligible for a refund. However we can keep course fees as a credit which can be put toward future course.

If a participant needs to withdraw from a course at any time due to illness, we provide a credit with no expiry to reschedule for a future course at any time.
