T’ashii Paddle School is excited to bring you some of the most unique paddleboarding experiences on the west coast. Join expert instructor and owner Emre Bosut for affordable paddleboard courses and camping trips in 2015!

3 day SUP Touring and Exploration: Muli-Day Vargas Island Trip

$600 (plus gst) per person. Includes food and instruction.

Camp on white sand beaches, see wildlife, and experience remote paddling on the west coast!
Join local instructor and guide trainer Emre Bosut for a SUP camping trip on Vargas Island. Explore the remote west coast environment; learn about the local culture, ecology, and develop navigation and touring skills. Launch from Tofino BC, and spend 3 days and 2 nights touring and camping on Vargs Island just north of Tofino.

Located in Clayoquot Sound, in Ahousaht Territory on the west coast of Vancouver Island; Vargas Island is surrounded by white sand beaches, calm bays, surf breaks and old growth rainforest. Touring around Vargas Island includes paddling among rock gardens, surf beaches, tidal currents and a lively interstitial zone. Wildlife sightings are abundant. There is no better way to leave it all behind, get out on remote west coast and immerse yourself in the wild beauty of this amazing touring destination.

3 days guided expedition.
Beach camping and meals.

Extra:
Stand up paddleboard rental (Raven 12’6 touring board) – $30/day.
Drybag rental – $25/bag for all 3 days.

Not Included:
Transportation to and from Tofino.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the trip and the remainder of the balance is due 30 days prior to the trip start date. No refunds will be issued within 30 days prior to trip start date. Payment can be made by credit card. Online booking coming soon!

2 day SUP Surfing Course

$199 (plus gst) per person. including accommodation and instruction.

Surf a variety of beaches, catch more waves and learn from local instruction.
T’ashii Paddle School is excited to offer a number of course dates in 2015 for Canada’s most advanced 2 day SUP courses in Tofino BC. Lead by owner and long time paddle surfing instructor Emre Bosut, T’ashii’s Tofino SUP Program is based on experiential learning with a focus on safety and builds on basic theory.

The 2 Day Surf Courses provide local instruction to small groups (Max 4 people) and the ability to cater to the groups needs. In addition, Tofino is the ideal training ground to try SUP Surfing! Whether you’re surfing for the first time in small manageable waves, or looking to advance your skills in more challenging surf conditions, this stretch of the west coast has a full variety of great surfing options.

Relax and enjoy west coast style! A 4 bunk dorm style accommodation is provided at the Tofino Ecolodge located at the Tofino Botanical Gardens. With access to calm inlet paddling, shared kitchen, washroom, common area and a library classroom T’ashii’s 2 day SUP Surfing Courses allow you to enjoy the easy going lifestyle of the west coast in an affordable and truly west coast setting.
